The third room, known as the Reading Room, offers a convertible sofa (43”x70”) with memory foam mattress and pillow top for additional sleeping options. The 2-piece family room sofa can be configured into a sleeping day bed (6’x4’), as well. Vrbo confirmed that the convertible sofa can be included when factoring the guest/sleep number but the day bed could not. Therefore, the listing states the guest/sleep number as 5, however, there is the possibility to sleep more if they are children…or really small adults ;) Beds are of high quality construction with premium mattresses and hotel quality bedding.
