Positive: Very good location, clean room, and a very nice breakfast. My wife had an accident during our stay—an injury caused by a staff member—and we received good support from them, as well as a refund due to the inconvenience.
Negative: The incident with my wife was unfortunate and should not have happened at all—it occurred due to a lack of attention from the staff. I understand that these things can happen, and we were compensated in a way, but still, our weekend was somewhat ruined.
