this is a private 3rd floor apartment in a three family home It was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed. There is also an air mattress available upon request.
