Pacific Ocean steps away, (90 yards to beach) with Ocean/Catalina view from Masterbedroom. 2nd street/Belmont Shore restaurants/shops just over a block away. Our house ( single family residence)is inspired by a Mediterranean small village home. You’ll find the oasis calm and relaxing Classic antique furniture, my grandma’s hand made trays from oats stock.. The 2 level stand alone house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. ***There is a small office/bonus room (office with queen memory foam sofa bed large desk full bathroom) to the rear of the property that you can be rented seperately, by you or anyone on vrbo or other rental sites…inquire within. The rear bonus room guests share rear yard area. We can move a queen bed to the downstairs to sleep 10 total….please message us for details to sleep 10, and pricing. This house has been fully renovated. It has a newer kitchen new bathrooms all new paint, outdoor area with barbecue, fire pit, and three outdoor seating areas. you can walk to the beach within 2 1/2 minutes

No extra visitors, unless we are notified the exact details. Your itinerary guest count/pet count must match your booking info. For Check-in it is in person only, our other property is close, we are just down the street.... 11pm latest check in time. We will correspond with you via email/texts for check in instructions. Any house rule violation the reservation will be cancelled, with no refund and guests will be removed Unfortunately we do not allow early luggage drop off.
