- check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is promptly by 11am
- late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest

- pets are allowed (1 pet max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100 per pet Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.

- we have a no smoking policy Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.
cleaning
final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
