Positive: The location of the hotel was great, shops and restaurants right next door. 5 minute walk to the beach. Car rental companies and tour operators nearby. Everything is really that close. The pool was clean and a good size, there were always enough chairs. The rooms are big enough.

Negative: The beds are a bit too hard. The kitchen lacked basic things: dishwashing liquid, cutting board, towel. Salt could have been there too. It doesn't make sense to buy everything if you're staying there for a few days.
