the property is right on the private beach and directly on the water at the high tides The water is still inside a bay of pudet sound perfect for family and water activities. We have a two-person kayak for you to explore the area with a lot of fishes, crabs, seals, herons, coral, etc. There is ferry access from/to Seattle that is just 4.5 miles away.
• main floor: office with a sofa bed, with bathroom, shower room and sauna room
• second floor: master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom One guest bedroom with two queen beds, second guest bedroom with one queen bed, third guest bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over double).

• water shoes are recommended to use on a rocky beach on a high tide, deck is directly above the water, you could fish from the deck, on a low tide, you can enjoy a private long rocky beach.
• please bring the kayaks, paddle and life jackets back up to the upper deck after each use, when high tide, the kayak can be washed out to the sea
