this listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area The home is 1200 square feet with vaulted ceilings and modern furnished. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged).There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available. There is no street parking allowed in the community.

if your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the white tank mountain regional park Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums and Phoenix International Raceway.
if you are going to be travelling around the southwest after your time in phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
please note, because phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us Phoenix is not known for its abundance of public transportation.

*smoking of any kind is not permitted on this property Additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found upon check-out.
*property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.
*thermostats may have temperature limit locks (ie. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*property has a security camera at the front door

groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard The backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

we highly advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. Uber and Lyft is an option as well.
