Summary: Pros: The location was amazing and accurately described. The breakfast was Insta worthy and tasted as good as it looked. The variety was great and we saved some of the bread and pastries for an afternoon snack. The coffee was delicious. The bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was good and hot. Bath products provided were nice. Additional coffee and water bottles were provided upon request.Santorini is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Cons: We never found a single sign that has the hotel name other than the pad of paper in the room. It was difficult to find independently. I provided my flight #, but wasn't contacted upon landing or within the hour, so we just drove to the location. It created an unnecessary stressful first impression. The website creates an expectation that this is a staffed hotel with a front desk and amenities, but that isn't the case. The view on the website is from the pool area and not actually from the room balcony. There is a large white wall that block half of the view. There was no front desk or anyone on staff. George was available via WhatsApp for any requests, but that isn't what we expected. The pool was not available and it wasn't stated or communicated anywhere. The website talks about spa services, but there isn't anything on-site and George didn't say anything about it. I felt deceived by the website and what the hotel offers.
