welcome to the steamboat bear den, a secluded 10 acre estate with private pond and panoramic views of the ski area and valley This beautiful estate is the perfect mountain retreat where you can feel like you are getting away from it all in nature yet you're only 10 mins to town. Perched on a hilltop across the valley from the Steamboat Ski Area, you have beautiful 180 degree views from nearly every room of the house. . The property has a private pond and walking paths. The home itself is about 3300 square feet on 3 levels including space for 1 vehicle in the garage. On the main level, you will find a beautiful living area with giant windows to take in the view and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone at the custom table. The large gourmet kitchen has everything you need to feel at home and room for several chefs to share the space comfortably.
the main floor bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and desk The attached spa-like bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity and large soaking tub. Every toilet in the house has a bidet. On the entry level, you will find a large laundry room and a sauna in addition to 3 additional bedrooms.
