main floor:
on the main floor you will find a bedroom that has 2 comfy full beds (75"l x 54"w) and a full bathroom located right outside of that bedroom all of the bedrooms have 50" smart tvs, memory foam mattresses, and full-length mirrors for your convenience!
second floor:
the second floor includes a spacious living area with a 65" smart tv for all of your streaming apps There is a sofa if you want to enjoy a movie and a dining table that seats four guests. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen. The bar also has stools to seat four. There is a complimentary coffee station with your coffee necessities and hot chocolate for the kids! Under the stairs, you will find a highchair and pack and play for the comfort of your children. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer.
third floor:
on the third floor you will find two bedrooms The first bedroom has a comfy king bed & a desk which provides a quiet workspace. It also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower with two shower heads, one of which is a rain showerhead. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and there is a full bathroom located right outside of that bedroom. all of the bedrooms have 50" smart tvs, memory foam mattresses, and full-length mirrors for getting ready!
deck:
on the rooftop, the fun continues with a dining table that seats 8 guests, an outdoor sectional for 7 guests, a firepit and four chairs There is also an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, sink with hot and cold water, and a Weber grill, a space heater, and outdoor lights. For the rainy season (October-May) we cover the furniture and amenities, unplug the grill, and remove the outdoor games.
we have ac units in the living room and main bedroom Other two bedrooms have ceiling fans. All the rooms have heaters.
