welcome to this "little sandpiper" cottage #705! rest & unwind inside & outside surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens! we offer you a golf cart, table/umbrella w/4 chairs, grill, 4 adirondack chairs w/2 matching cocktail tables, 6 beach chairs & beach umbrella!
the cottage is professionally decorated & painted in seaglass colors with a nautical decor all hardwood floors, tiled granite baths & central ac!
eat-in kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, plenty of cabinets, ss appliances, glass backsplash, table w/6 chairs, coffee/keurig and everything else you need for a stress-free vacation!
disclaimer: please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
