the apartment is located in the perfect location of sliema ferries where all restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, shops everything at a walking distance Also in this part there is the beautiful promenade where guests can take a beautiful walk by sea.
you will find a bus stop just outside the apartment which will take you to the north of malta, crossing the road one will find another bus stop and that takes you to valletta The ferry linking Valletta to the three cities is also in front of the apartment.
very important notes before booking:
1 For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (max to be paid is 150 euro)
2 Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3 During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (although this is not common)
4 An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5 Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6 Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
