Positive: Beautiful place, the layout is great, plenty of room for our family to spread out while not adventuring. Kitchen had everything we needed, decks overlooking the pond where the kids caught frogs and turtles and salamaders, and overall a well kept place close enough to Ocean City and Assateague Seashore, supermarket, shops and great restaurants within single-digit minutes drive.
Negative: Keurig didn't work and the neighbors were very inquisitive/assertive. You're definitely being supervised.
Summary: Great place in a great location for a family visiting the seashore!
