there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2nd king sized bedroom can also be set up as a twin room, 3rd bedroom with sea views with a double/single bunk The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
the lounge has a bay window with lovely views across the common to the sea, it is open plan with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen
