Sunshine and ocean sounds fill my clean, comfy 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1950’s 1200 square feet beach house. Art from local artists displayed throughout my home. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and our local beach. Large fenced yard for children and pets(pet fee)to romp about. Beautiful garden to enjoy. Board games for big and old. Little free library. Fully equipped kitchen, fast MPS WiFi, TV/Streaming, washer/dryer available for use. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. You'll love Brookings and our little piece of paradise. Rivers, beaches, and lots and lots of trails. Fishing, kayaking, hunting and beachcombing are some of our activities we are know for.
