this is our guest house located on the same property as our home (about 50 feet away) We also have an Airstream that friends and family stay in which is located on the property (also located about 50-100 feet away).

this is a very quiet, family neighborhood It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

branciforte drive connects to all the main road and if very close to both highway 17 (takes about 30 minutes to get to san jose) and highway 1 (takes about 10 minutes to all the sister beach towns, like capitola)
