Welcome to our beach house! This new construction home is ideal for fun and relaxation. On the ocean side of A1A, this 3 level house sleeps 14. Take a dip into the heated pool under the shady palm trees and clean turf backyard. Several balconies make for tons of outdoor space and the elevator means no lugging suitcases upstairs. There are king beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 twin-over-full bunks in the 5th.
a brand new 2025 6-seater golf cart is included free of charge with the house This can be driven to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, parks, etc. I recommend using it to head over to Ron Parker park's pickleball courts - we have a set of rackets + balls in the garage!.

Summary: Annual family beach trip. House met all of our needs. Elevator was a lifesaver! Pool was so relaxing! Side gate was the perfect choice when returning from the beach.
