important to note: the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
we invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- if you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load
we provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo Just note that these are not replenished. You will also find some basic cleaning supplies in the laundry room.

- no more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed
- no tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property
- renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay
- renters may be required to provide a government id on the day of checking in or during their stay
- please avoid moving furniture
- pets are not allowed
- please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
