A 1890 built period house, once a prominent mansion in the village, located in the picturesque village of Pefki, Makry Gialos, overlooking the sea and the gorge of Pefki. Just 15 minute drive from the beach, the house is the ideal holiday retreat for those who seek inspiration, authenticity and tradition combined with modern amenities. Fully restored in 2016 with respect to local architecture.
the house has two floors On the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom, a utility area, a twin bedroom, a room serving as extra living space or third twin bedroom, a shaded balcony with sitting area and a shaded veranda with dining area. The first floor comprises an ensuite master bedroom with sitting area and a spacious terrace with splendid views to the gorge of Pefki and the Libyan sea. The upper floor terrace is the ideal spot to laze with cooling drinks at sunset, or relax under the starlit Cretan sky in the evening. The house is fully equipped with cooker, oven, dish washer, washing machine, WI FI, stereo, air-condition in the main bedrooms, fireplace and partial heating.
