A beautiful property in a luxury, 18 hole golf resort with many award-winning beaches nearby. With 4 sets of golf clubs available free, as well as loungers, lilos, beach towels, games, PlayStation to keep the kids quiet, and the adults, UK Sky TV, and lots of other useful items! There is a gas BBQ, much more fun than the kitchen, but the effort is taken out afterwards with a dishwasher, the property is south facing & gets sun for most of the day. The house is in a fabulous location on Phase 2 of Roda just where Phase one finishes & is only a short walk to the Clubhouse & main entrance, with a private pool for the use of only a few surrounding properties. The Mar Menor with its beautiful, sandy beaches and safe, shallow waters is only a couple of kilometers from the house. Choose your favourite from the Costa Calida's huge number of blue flag beaches. From the popular Los Narejos to the solitude of Calblanque nature reserve you will not be disappointed. You can also drive or take a ferry to La Manga if you wish from Santiago de la Ribera. The beaches at Los Alcazares are a 20 minute walk as are many excellent bars & restaurants. The area enjoys almost all year sunshine.Enjoy the many bars, nightclubs and restaurants around the resort. There are Spanish tapas and seafood restaurants like Roblemar, favourites like El Patio, and the Balneario with its varied restaurants and bars.There are many sites to see, for those interested in shopping and sightseeing the city off Cartagena with its beautiful port and roman ruins is only 20 minutes drive while the classic capital city of Murcia is 30 minutes from the resort.
