rockwood is a lovely and unique tahoe home that will give you a taste of california's rich history Step out onto the large deck and enjoy the serenity of the mountains and a filtered lake view in a lovely neighborhood. With special, old western artifacts throughout, this themed home provides a cozy stay any time of year! Upgraded kitchen features gourmet, commercial style "Wolfe" gas range under vaulted ceiling and plenty of counter space for those who like to cook. Living area boasts a large wood burning stove, plenty of plush seating, a new, internet ready 50" Sony 3D HDTV, and reading/sitting nook under the stairs.
full bath and bedroom with queen bed on entry level 2 Single beds in loft upstairs, 3/4 bath, and back master bedroom with King and small TV plus storybook window alcove.
great grassy area for the kids, and propane bbq for the chef! includes use of homeowner's association lakeside picnic area and shared pier for loading & unloading your boat CFIA beach is about a half mile from the home.
please note, this home is on a hill, so all wheel drive/4wd/chains are highly recommended in the winter!

•quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up
•parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4 - street parking is prohibited year-round
