Book one or both identical Studio Villas that are fully equipped with modern facilities each with their very own fresh water pool overlooking stunning views of real pacific greenery. Take scenic routes up the mountain to the hospital, 15 minute walks to the lagoon, beach, local shop, public transport and the iconic Black Rock. Suitable for singles, couples or a group of 3 adults. Enjoy this studio with a 3 by 3 plunge-1.8m deep unfenced private pool to yourself. Equipped with a Super King and Single sized bed, bathroom/toilet, outdoor shower and kitchen along with free parking on premises. We charge up to $200 for up to 2 persons per night and can accommodate up to 3 persons with just $25 extra per night. Air-conditioning: available for $30 per day/night as an optional extra. Airport transfers: If you would like to be met at the airport upon your arrival or shuttled back to the airport, please let us know and we can organise this with one of our friendly drivers. We charge $15 per person each way and you can pay to the driver direct. Cleaning fee: $100.00 House Rules Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 1PM and check out by 10AM Quiet time after 10:00 pm.
