this property is located in the coosawattee river resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the rec center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

inside, you'll love all the modern conveniences with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious great room with 50" smart tv and a wood burning fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings The king master is located on the main level with a 32" Smart TV and the upper level offers 2 more queen bedrooms. The kids will absolutely love the "Kid's Kave" downstairs with their own 32" Smart TV and pyramid bunk bed.

all of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite tv, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill
in addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: toilet tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels, (1 roll), garbage bags (2-3 bags) , dishwasher detergent (1-2 loads) laundry detergent (1 load), and dish washing soap (mini bottle)
many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items
the only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments

15% lodging tax added to all reservations
