Summary: This hotel is excellent for the price. However access is totally automated and bar from the cleaner we never saw any staff. Room was comfortable and clean. We stayed here mainly as it was reasonably price and were aware that there wasn’t a lift. If you have serious disabilities this hotel would not be suitable as there are no ground floor rooms. Felt it was rather impersonal but at the price paid this was acceptable. Overall this hotel was good value for money
