The home was built in 2012 and is modern in very good condition. There are two modern remodeled bathrooms; the first floor bathroom is handicap accessible with a zero clearance shower with handrails. Additional handrail next to the toilet.

property details: the house is located in a rural area with no public utilities The water is serviced by a drilled well. When there is excessive water use or groups larger than 5 or 6 the well may need 15 to 20 minutes to regenerate. There is limited cell service in the area depending on your carrier; however, just connect your phone to wifi calling and it will work perfectly in and around the home.
