Bring the whole family to this great place with a lots of rooms for fun and enjoying the private beach. This is 2 bedroom with 2 king size beds, 1 private office including 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and amazing kitchen furnished. This is 1 min walking to the private beach, 5 minutes drive to the blue line subway Wonderland train station . 15 min to downtown Boston, also 15 minutes from Boston Logan Airport. Close to everything 7- eleven for breakfast, star market for food, bars and restaurants.

the house is amazing with very spacious yard to stay and relax, in our house you can find anything you need , it is very nice and quiet neighborhood
guest access
please when you arrive you will find 1 parking space on our driveway, please make sure you using the back entrance door to driveway spot The driveway spot located in the corner of the Chamberlain Ave please not in Lynnway. Be careful do not park in the street because if you don’t have resident parking you will get a ticket. If you have 2 cars please let us know before you arrive we can open the second spot for you with additional charges.

the house is in very good condition, please make sure the condition is good for you Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions before booking.
party or loud activity and loud music is not allowed , we have tenant in the first floor Please respect the rules about music and loud activities.
no smoke/weed inside the house , will be $500 fine for breaking this rule

Summary: The house was clean but the location was on a main road and you could hear traffic all day and night. It is also shared with a tenant who lived downstairs, it’s my fault because I didn’t read the fine-print. We got woken up by what seemed like a drunk couple yelling at each other in Italian, I just wish the listing was more clear that it was not the entire home. There was also a lot of junk in the backyard, so I wouldn’t list it as “luxury”. Otherwise, communication with the owner was good and the house was clean. An easy walk to the beach was nice.
