the house has 3 levels connected with spiral stairs:
level 1: game room + 1 bedrooms + 1 harry potter bedroom + full bathroom
level 2: living room + kitchen + dining area + 1 bedroom + half bathroom + laundry room + all season porch and access to cedar deck + hot tub
level 3: 2 bedrooms + full bathroom + office space
last but not the least, we have a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bbq grills (propane & charcoal), a smart tv with all streaming channels, portable a/cs, and a heater in each room, and ample parking space for all your cars
you are renting the entire house No other people will be on the property during the duration of your stay. Guests can access the main house during their stay, the outhouse is locked and is off limits.
the cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood We will ensure as much as you get a noise-free stay, our neighbors are not disturbed as well. No parties/events are allowed on the premises.
