downstairs features a very spacious open plan living area with pool table, coonara heater and gas heating, ceiling fans, dining setting for 8, a modern kitchen including dishwasher Also one large bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom including bath.
there a plenty of games and movies (dvds)for guests to enjoy
the kitchen is large and modern and fully equipped with everything you could possible need
the fully fenced backyard features a huge decking with barbeque and outdoor setting for 8 overlooking a large grassed area
upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/ toliet (ensuite effect)
bedroom 1 includes a qs bed, tv and split system air conditioning
bedroom 2 includes a qs bed and robe, split system air conditioning
bedroom 3 includes 1 x dbl bed with single bunk overhead and robe, split system air conditioning
each bedroom has its own balcony
linen, towels and bedding are all supplied but don’t forget your beach towel!
at the top of the staircase there is a gate and for the bottom, a barrier is supplied for the little ones to make your stay even more relaxing A highchair is also available.
there is ample off street parking
this is the perfect place for the perfect getaway Summer or Winter, girls weekend, golf weekend, romantic weekend or family holiday this is the house to suit your needs. there are numerous attractions close by including wineries, restaurants, golf courses, hot springs, day spas, shopping, markets, cinema and drive-in, sight seeing and much more!

we really enjoyed our stay and your place was very accommodating and a perfect spot to spend a cold weekend - needless to say the fireplace was extensively used we would definitely love to come down and stay again !!
