Our newly renovated 1950's bungalow is approximately 1 minute from I-65. Only 9 miles from downtown Louisville - easy to get to Churchill Downs, the fairgrounds, the YUM! Center, fine dining and everything else a big city has to offer.
the quiet and safe neighborhood is close enough to everything without a lot of noise and congestion Located directly off the highway with quick access to shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs and Horseshoe Hotel & Casino.
an older, well lived in house with lots of charm that has recently been completely renovated with all new tile floors, hvac and windows There are 3 bedrooms; One with a queen, one with a full and one with a twin bed. All with fresh new comfy beds & linens.
the house is a great place to relax after spending the day exploring the area The living room contains a large, sleepable couch, loveseat, comfy chair with ottoman and a 4k smart TV. The dining area seats four.
while the backyard is not fenced in, this a great area for your fur babies It also makes a great retreat when the weather permits. You can enjoy a fire and there is a large glass patio table. The onsite garage was converted to a living space, and may be occupied during your stay, so the backyard is a shared space.
