upstairs - 2 more bedrooms & 1 bath 1 with a king bed, while the other bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed.
bring your boat! there are 2 boat ramps on lake weir and 2 restaurants both navigable by boat and anchor out right front by the beach Want to stay in? Publix is 15 minutes away or order Kroger delivery and enjoy a cookout under the shade of our mature oaks.
there are boat and jet ski rentals available I'll provide info prior to check in in case you are interested.
guests have full access to the house including the tv with roku, laundry room, bath towels, beach towels and linens, 2 car carport, beach, beach adirondacks, and full patio Guests also can enjoy the separate covered, screened in game room with ping pong table.
