We have been enjoying this house in wonderful Newport for 14 years. Walking distance to all of Newport's best. Park your car and leave it. House is updated and a great home away from home getaway. Fantastic front porch for people watching and relaxing. Rear deck for sunbathing and barbecue w/ fenced in yard for family fun and games.
upstairs has full updated bath (frameless unit) w/ skylight There are two bedrooms with two queen size beds and also one single bed. Main floor has a dining room that opens up into kitchen with sliding glass doors to rear deck. Separate living room leading into smaller bedroom with trundle bed. This floor has a half bath and laundry. Lower level has been completely remodeled with contemporary full bath, bedroom with full size bed and sitting / TV area with granite bar sink, wine refrigerator and futon for sitting and additional sleep area.
