the youbou lake house is situated on a 03 acre waterfront lot with unobstructed views of Lake Cowichan.
the house is newly renovated, and has a large grassy front lawn that leads down to the lake shore
the style of the house is west coast with some scandinavian influences
there are two rooms with king sized beds, 1 smaller bedroom with a queen bed, and one room with four single beds (two bunk beds)
the kitchen is modern and well-appointed with excellent appliances
there’s a huge cozy couch downstairs that’s great for taking in a movie
guest access:
you will have the whole space to yourself, aside from the garage which is not featured on the listing (we use for storage).
