long stays:
all stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
check out
we don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
- no noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities
- strictly no parties allowed Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- if there is any damage to the property please inform the host asap as additional charges may apply
- no pets allowed on the property Additional charges may apply to those who ignore this rule.
- in the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- check-out time is 10am If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- if you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
