The homestead features four bedrooms and large open plan living with several acres of surrounding garden/lawns. Situated just 5 min drive from Kyneton, the property is perfect to either settle in and enjoy a relaxing retreat or use as a base to explore the local tourist sites, wineries and shopping/dining.
the open plan living area features large lounge, dining and kitchen The main bathroom boasts a dual rain shower and a full-sized bathtub. The ensuite off the King bedroom includes a toilet shower and sink. The house also has a laundry with washing machine.
the four bedrooms include a king room with ensuite, two queen rooms and two single beds in a fourth room One queen room is joined to the single beds room by an archway however a privacy screen is provided to separate the rooms when required.
for comfort all-year round, there is a split system for cooling/heating and all beds have electric blankets
gardens surround the front of the house while the backyard is a large open lawn area An 8 seated outdoor setting brings the two spaces together with a gas BBQ is provided on the veranda.

your hosts also live on the property (separate and out of sight from the homestead) and are available if required As the property is a working farm, the main driveway is shared however we respect the privacy of our guests and keep use to a minimum when guests are on site.
