Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle-boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.

- upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. - guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from tower 17 properties and management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised.
