Stay at our charming cottage on the Maury River. Less than 3 miles to town and the campuses of Washington & Lee University and Virginia Military Institute. Very private with easy river access. 3 Kayaks and 2 person Canoe available for use. Float on the river in tubes that are provided. Play corn hole & then make a fire in the fire pit & roast marshmallows.
our cute downtown has many shops and there are museums to visit in town and on the campuses Restaurants are open for business, but reservations are helpful.
the chessie trail is only 2 miles away & can be walked or biked It has beautiful views along the Maury River.
