Our INCREDIBLY clean, remodeled and furnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home is located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Our property is YOUR VERY OWN home (not a guest house or apartment). Off street parking and entry. Sit back and relax in our newly landscaped yard to include patio, low voltage lighting, outdoor grill and fully fenced yard. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are hard wired for your safety. Our home is easily accessible and only 3 blocks south of highway 24 and 3 miles west of I-25.
conveniently located close to downtown colorado springs, 6 blocks south of "the heart" of old colorado city and only 2 miles from manitou springs We are directly across the street from Bott park. Less than 1 mile away you will find groceries, a pharmacy, gas, shopping and various restaurants.
