Summary: My stay was okay. it would have been better if the lady at the front desk had better customer service skills she was unkind and very smart mouthed to the customers just very off putting. I also reserved my rooms but ended up having to pay out of pocket and still got charged by Hotel.com after I paid for my rooms. If the rooms were not comfortable and allowed pets I probably would have had an horrible trip.
