Summary: First the good: The room is a good size, the location is near downtown and the bed was comfortable. The bad: We paid extra for a premium room which included a balcony. The screen door was off the track and leaning against the wall outside with a big hole in it as if someone kicked it the screen. The dresser was dirty like someone spilled milk all over the front. I had wipes with me and cleaned it off. The bathroom light in the ceiling did not have a cover and showed a lot of dirt and disgusting crud. The pillows on the bed were really small so I asked the front desk for another pillow. They could not find any extra pillows. I tried calling the front desk at 8pm and no one would answer. I called again at 8:10pm, still no answer. My room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke, so we kept the sliding glass door open (with no screen).
