welcome to hangar sea! while this home has been in the family for decades, we recently rebuilt it from the ground up! the stained glass window on the 2nd floor was actually a cherished part of our prior home We hope you appreciate the mix of modern coastal decor and relics, collectables from when our late parents owned the home. Collecting colorful depression era glass was a favorite pastime of our mother's. Many of her favorite "finds" are on display throughout the kitchen for your enjoyment. We love our home because it serves as a beacon reminding us in every way of what we are most grateful for, our happiest times with family and friends. The location of our home is close to town, beaches, restaurants and shops- all within walking distance. My family has had so much fun getting it ready for our guests to enjoy, we hope you love it as much as we do.

recently rebuilt, please use the side entrance from the driveway to enter this amazing home
as you step into the house you are greeted with an open floor plan on the entire first floor The dining room to the left has floor to ceiling built-ins with colored glass dishware from a bygone era. The large dining table seats 6. The pretty pink glass chandelier ties it all in.
to the left is the kitchen with an oversized center island with quartz countertop, storage below and 5 chairs for additional seating at the breakfast bar There are plenty of french vanilla, soft close cabinets to store all the kitchen items you would need to make fantastic meals. The white ceramic farmers sink, 4 burner gas stove with overhead hood will be appreciated by the cooks in the family. At first you don't see a fridge and then realize it is a "hideaway" behind cabinetry. There are two regular coffee pots for the java lovers in the group - but if you don't feel like making it, there's a Dunkin' just steps away!.
the large, inviting living room has two comfy couches and two chairs anchored by a flat screen tv set in above a gas fireplace What a great room to watch TV on movie night, catch up with the girls after everyone has gone to bed or play a competitive game of UNO to see who has to do the dishes (not really a chore since there is a dishwasher!).
beyond the living room is an office with whimsical art - perfect for those who need to catch up on emails or take a zoom call on vacation - or for the kids who continue remote learning on vacation
to the right of the living area is the first-floor master bedroom with a california king bed, tv unit with a flat-screen tv, walk-in closet, ensuite, full bathroom #1 with a walk-in shower, glass-enclosed, rain head
to the right is a large pantry for dried goods and storage A laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located next to the mudroom. Let the kids use this entrance when they come in wet and sandy from the beach. Full bathroom #2 is tucked away with a tub/shower combo for those who didn't rinse off in the outdoor shower out back.
as you follow the stairs to the upper level there is a large landing and an open loft area to the left A couch/love seat and flat-screen TV occupy the space - perfect area for the kids to catch up on their summer reading list. the couch does open up to a full bed if needed for an unexpected guest!
to the right is bedroom #2 - king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan In front of you is Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed, walk-in closet.
bonus room: beyond the double doors is a large bonus room with 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and a twin with trundle
take in the beautiful stained glass window as you exit and go into the bathroom
bathroom #3 - walk-in shower with glass doors, double sink, and large soaking tub what a way to end your day with some slow jazz and a glass of wine!
the backyard is grassy - perfect for family lawn games There's a brick patio area (outdoor furniture is on its way - check back soon for an update!) - the best place for your morning coffee on the lounge chair or a traditional hot dog dinner on the grill. don't forget the outdoor shower - a cape cod tradition!
special note from the owner- please do not use any of the antique carnival glassware in the china cabinets in dining and kitchen they are labeled as such. These are family heirlooms and are for show only.
