Summary: Jason was very kind and hospitable and seems to be doing the best he can to provide a nice stay for his guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed. This would be a great, affordable option for some people. I, personally, was not comfortable with not being able to lock the door that opens from the guest space directly into the studio/living space of the host. Occasional noise from the living space also kept me from relaxing, including the middle of the night one night, which led me to shorten my stay. As to the review about a cat odor, the night there was a thunderstorm the air in the bedroom became so thick with the smell of cat urine it made my throat hurt, but on the dry days I didn't smell anything. There is no place for food preparation, and the mini fridge is tiny with no freezer, but there are so many great restaurants in Santa Fe.
