beautifully decorated two bedroom, two full bath cottage with a sleeping loft Quiet and peaceful location, where you will wake to the sounds of the birds singing. Close to town and beach, near the bike bath and bus stops.
the first floor features on open kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted cathedral ceilings
the first floor master bedroom has a queen size bed The attached master bath also features vaulted ceilings, double sinks, and a standard tub / shower combination.
the second bedroom is also on the first floor and features twin bed with a trundle under The hall bathroom has a stall shower.
there is a front load washing machine and dryer in the first floor hallway closet
access to the second floor loft is via a ships ladder There are 2 twin beds in the loft. There is a large open area that is great hangout space for kids and teens. Two skylights bring lots of natural light up here. In the far side on the space is a cozy sitting area.
outside there is a private wooden deck with a table and chairs There is a gas grill for guests to use.
there is off street parking for two cars on the shell driveway
the kitchen features new dishes, glassware, pots and pans and small appliances the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, if you choose to do so!
we also have a small cooler for picnics at the beach, beach towels and beach chairs to use
some games and a few toys, along with many books for reading
