Welcome to the Doll House, a historic house in the Hamlet of Andes, in the heart of the Catskills mountains! It is a breathtaking area with bubbling creeks, autumn leaf display, cool summer evenings, winter skiing...any season has its attractions in this quaint American town.
the queen rose bedroom is an elegant room located on the 2nd floor It has a queen size bed and is ideal for a couple. The Blue private bathroom is separate from the room and is only for your party use with a bathtub and a separate shower. This room is not a full house rental.

the entire doll house description
the doll house has four floors and about 5,000 sqft. The lounge and sauna are located in the basement. The 1st floor has a 800 sq.ft. kitchen with a half-bathroom, living room, and the parlor room. The front porch has sitting and dining areas. The back deck has an outdoor furniture as well. The front and the back entrance doors are equipped witha Ring camera bells. Guest cannot tamper with these bells and are welcome to use them in communication with the manager if needed.

Meals are provided by quests. They can use 1st floor kitchen. Apartment has its own kitchenette. A grill is located on back deck. Gardens are open to all visitors! For outdoor dining backyard deck or front porch can be used.

the trailways bus travel on route 28 that crosses andes The bus stop is in the center of town near Andes General Store, a walking distance from our house. Otherwise, a car is necessary to get around. The gas station is also near the general store. Other closest gas stations are in Delhi and Margaretville. We have a generous parking area in the back of the house..
