Summary: Hotel is old and could use some remodeling. Upon arrival we were told by the valet(valet parking only) that there were no available places. This continued throughout our stay. We were to park our car across the street in a lot in which we had to pay $45 a day. We were not reimbursed even though we paid a resort fee. We were told by the reception desk that even if we complained the owners probably wouldn’t care. No glasses to drink out of and no coffee, tea of coffee pot. Coffee could be purchased in the lobby. No available places to sit by the pool. Nice view of Diamond Head. The bar/restaurant was very nice and the employees were friendly. Will not recommend this place due to the cost of the room and the lack of amenities and especially the parking situation.
