we are located on the water YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are NOT responsible for any accidents that occur or happen near the water or on the property/premises. PLEASE NOTE; the WATER is not fenced/gated off from the premises. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION. Please ONLY use the safety ladder to access the water. DO NOT JUMP OFF THE DOCK. The bay is too shallow for jumping/diving and jumping/diving can result in injury.
