nestled in the heart of arlington, va (extremely safe and ranked as one of the best cities for biking) -- just a quick car ride, moderate bike ride, or long walk into dc (georgetown waterfront!) -- with spacious lawn and patio areas for lounging, grilling, sports, etc, this brand new cottage with high ceilings and lofted bedroom is the oasis within the city and home away from home you've been dreaming about!
the space
covid and general cleanliness:
(1) the entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests;
(2) we designed this space to maximize cleanliness for each guest - tile floors, machine-washable rugs, removable and machine-washable couch pillow covers, duvet bedding, couch cushions with removable and machine-washable covers, etc, and we hired the best cleaning crew around. All bedding is professionally washed off-site between guests, and periodically replaced to keep things fresh and new! *If something is not clean during your stay, please let us know immediately.
setting: this is a detached guest house, so completely separate from main house on property (outdoor spaces are shared)
