Enjoy the 4th of July kids bike parade, pie eating contest, potato sack races and fireworks from Great Harbors. 2 minute drive to Falmouth Road Race finish line. This sunny family home has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full dormer upstairs, deck with barbecue, hammock, new fenced in yard. Cable TV in 3 bedrooms & living-room, high speed wifi Internet access. We also have a multi-gym in basement. Great, safe family neighborhood, no through traffic. Beautiful deck in private back yard setting; lawn furniture & board games. Very quiet private roads, perfect for roller blades, skateboarding & bike riding on the nearby bike path. Close to the area golf courses, bike paths, charter fishing boats, island ferries, shopping, and dining. bring your kayak or canoe and have fun!

This is a family friendly development with many amenities including pool*, lighted tennis courts*, baseball field, volleyball, basketball. Linens and towels can be provided for fee. High speed internet access, please bring your own computer. Newer appliances, furniture and grill. One entrance into this development means no through traffic! *There is an Association fee to use the pool and tennis facilities. Renters can opt not to use the facilities and still rent our home.
