Hello. I live with my little boy in a cute Victorian end of terrace house in a quiet cul de sac near the river in York. The centre is a 0.8km leafy stroll away and the railway station is even nearer.
the room has a desk, wardrobe and drawers It has a large, luxurious bathroom for guests' sole use one floor down. I now have a second, smaller bedroom on homestay. When this is rented this would mean sharing the bathroom with one other guest.
