Over the years my partner Steve and I have successfully hosted over 200 guests. We receive fantastic reviews and feedback. We moved from the UK to France last year and now enjoy a wonderful quality of life in the Cognac region. When you stay with us you will enjoy good food, learn english and experience the french culture. I am a qualified english teacher so for those who want to learn or improve your english you can do so while having fun at the same time. We live in a 18th Century large farmhouse with gardens, orchard and field. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, vineyards and woodlands where you can walk or cycle. Our local village is just a 5 minute walk away and has a cinema, shops, parks, swimming pool, bar and restaurants. We have three friendly dogs, 2 labradors and a jacadoodle. We love the outdoors, cooking, watching films, playing games and sightseeing. We host a curry night once a month and our cuisine generally is diverse and varied as we love to cook. Many of our guests enjoy our music nights, dancing, barbecues , kayaking and music festivals. For adults, there are caves for wine and Cognac tasting with other exciting activities for everyone to enjoy. you will not be bored!
